About Us

Rev. Dr. Albert Akonnor is senior pastor and lead servant at Fruitful House Family Church, located in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. The ministry exists to build fruitful and influential people for Christ. His passion for souls and his servant’s heart towards God and His people are exemplary.

Albert preaches the gospel in its simplest form, with a humorous twist that makes the message unforgettable. His life mission is one – to build up and to reconnect people to the King of Heaven. His vision is to empower people to pursue God-sized dreams and to fulfill their God-ordained destiny.

In addition to teaching the infallible truth of God’s Word, Albert is passionate about coaching and mentoring the next generation of servant leaders in the house of God to impact the world beyond the church. He ministers the gospel in many nations across the globe. Our Vision

  • To build fruitful and influential people for Christ.
Our Mission
  • Building people by reconnecting them to God
Our Purpose
  • Populating the kingdom of God

What we believe

  • We believe God exists eternally and equally in three persons: the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19; Colossians 2:9)
  • We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He is equal with the Father. Jesus lived a sinless human life and offered Himself as the perfect sacrifice for the sins of all people by dying on the cross. He rose from the dead on the third day to demonstrate His power over sin and death. He ascended into heaven and will return to earth to reign as King. (Matthew 1:22-23; Romans 1:3-4; Corinthians 15:3-4; Hebrews 4:14-15)
  • We believe the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity. He was constantly spoken of and promised by Jesus. He lives in every Christian from the moment of authentic conversion to indwell, infill, enlighten, empower, lead, guide, correct, convict, and comfort their lives. (John 14:16-18; Ephesians 5:18; Romans 8:15; Acts 1:8)
  • We believe what the Bible says about itself, which is that it is inspired by God. It is a collection of writings by human authors who were under the authority and guidance of the Holy Spirit. It is to be interpreted according to its context and purpose and when “rightly divided” it is the ultimate authority for our faith, our lives, and the practices of our church. (Matthew 22:29; 2 Timothy 3:15-16; Romans 15:4)
  • We believe Salvation is God’s gift to humanity but as is the case with any gift, it must be received. The way we receive this gift is only by trusting in the death, burial, resurrection, and ascension of Jesus Christ. (1 Timothy 2:5; Romans 10:9)
  • We believe that tithes, offerings, and alms are God’s financial plan for the support of His work. (Malachi 3:10; Matthew 23:23; 2 Corinthians 9:6-12)
  • We believe that discipline is a gift from Christ given to His church to promote its health and productivity. (Matthew 18:15-20; Proverbs 19:18)
